Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Thanks for shopping with us at Chef Anna White Label. Our #1 priority is your satisfaction, which means we stand by our products 100%. No matter what. No questions asked. If you are unhappy with your White Label purchase for any reason we will either replace your order or issue you a refund within 30-days. After 30-days have passed from your purchase date, we will replace seeds but no refunds will be offered. Just reach out to our customer service team at customerservice@chefannawhitelabel.com and we will respond within 24-hours.

Orders placed on the website can be cancelled at any time before the order has been fulfilled. After order fulfillment, please reach out to our customer service team at customerservice@chefannawhitelabel.com and we will respond within 24-hours.

 

Shipping Policy

Chef Anna White Label ships orders to the US and Canada. All orders will ship within 2-business days of payment received. Orders are sent First Class mail in discrete packaging. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your package has shipped. Contact us at customerservice@chefannawhitelabel.com with any questions and we will respond within 24-hours.

US Free Shipping: 1st Class USPS Shipping w/ tracking

US Upgraded Shipping: UPS Ground Shipping (up to 5 days)

Canada Shipping Rate: Flat $10 Fee

 

Pay Pal, Cash App, Venmo or Zelle

Chef Anna White Label accepts Pay Pal, Cash App, Venmo or Zelle payments manually. Payment instructions will appear on the screen following your order confirmation. Once payment instructions have been sent, you will have 5-business days to pay for your order. If payment for your order has not been received within 5 business days, your order will be automatically cancelled.
