Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Thanks for shopping with us at Chef Anna White Label. All sales are final, so cash refunds will be made. If you are unhappy with your White Label purchase for any reason we will replace your order with new seeds. Just reach out to our customer service team at customerservice@chefannawhitelabel.com and we will respond within 24-hours.

Orders placed on the website can be cancelled at any time before the order has been fulfilled. After order fulfillment, please reach out to our customer service team at customerservice@chefannawhitelabel.com and we will respond within 24-hours.

 

Shipping Policy

Chef Anna White Label ships orders to the US and Canada. All orders will ship within 2-business days of payment received. Orders are sent First Class mail in discrete packaging. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your package has shipped. Contact us at customerservice@chefannawhitelabel.com with any questions and we will respond within 24-hours.

US Free Shipping: 1st Class USPS Shipping with tracking. Shipping may take up to 21-days within the US. No replacement orders will be sent before this time period has passed. 

US Upgraded Shipping with UPS: UPS Ground Shipping (up to 5 days). $5 charge or free for orders over $150.

Canada Shipping Rate: Flat $10 Fee with tracking or free for orders over $100. Shipping may take up to 45-days. No replacement orders will be sent before this time period has passed. 

 

Pay Pal, Cash App, Venmo or Zelle

Chef Anna White Label accepts Pay Pal, Cash App, Venmo or Zelle payments manually. Payment instructions will appear on the screen following your order confirmation. Once payment instructions have been sent, you will have 5-business days to pay for your order. If payment for your order has not been received within 5 business days, your order will be automatically cancelled.
